Identity - Who am I Away From Work?

In this MMI Campfire Chat...

Identity is hugely complex. None of us are simply one thing. We’re multidimensional, multifunctional, and ultimately worth much more than the sum of our parts. But what happens when we pin our entire identity on one specific thing? More specifically, on our careers?

Join us as we discuss why the importance of understanding who you are both in and out of a work setting, and how we can learn to value, accept, and appreciate our whole selves.
