Replacement Membership Certificates
If you are a veterinary surgeon or a veterinary nurse and require a replacement Membership Certificate for any reason, then please contact the Registration Department on 0207 202 0707 for this to be arranged.
Please note a replacement certificate costs £49, which can be paid by bank transfer.
A photocopy of your passport/EU ID card will also be required.
Please be aware that if an RCVS Membership Certificate is mislaid, it could be used for fraudulent purposes. Damaged certificates will need to be returned to us before we can issue a replacement certificate.
