Staff benefits

Contractual
- 33.75 working hours per week
- *25 days holiday with an additional day added every 2 years, up to a maximum of 30 days, plus the 8 bank holiday days
- Permanent health insurance
- £250 Well-being allowance - spend up to £250 on anything linked with well-being
- £150 Life Assurance - receive £150 for taking out a life assurance policy.

Note: The maximum employer contribution will be 12% of your basic salary.
Non-contractual
- An additional day off at the end of the year (ex gratia day)
