Remuneration Subcommittee
The Remuneration Subcommittee meets annually to decide a policy on how the budget allocated to staff salaries, as agreed by Council as part of the budget-setting process, should be allocated, for example, what percentage should be allocated to salary increases and what to bonuses.
It does not look at individual staff salaries, which is the role of the Senior Team, apart from the remuneration of the CEO, which is considered by the President in line with the aforementioned policy.
The Subcommittee consists of the Officer Team, with the Directors of HR and Operations, and the Registrar and CEO attending in a non-voting capacity.
