How to apply


The application process is made up of 3 steps:

  1. Submitting a registration form, accompanied by all required documents
  2. Paying your registration fee
  3. Booking an appointment (Due to COVID-19 we are currently carrying out video appointments)


Once we have received your application to register, we will email you within 3 days to confirm that we have received your application and are processing it.

The registration application process takes 25 days once we have received your application and all supporting documents in the correct format.

To avoid any delay to when you can start work, we recommend that you apply to register as soon as possible.  You will receive further information during the processing of your application regarding a video registration appointment date.

If there is a problem with your application, we will aim to notify you within 7 days of receiving your documents.

1. Registration form

Collect all the required documents for submission, relevant to your country of qualificationPlease make sure that you comply with the eligibility criteria.

  • Please email your documents to us at 
  • If you do not hear from us within 3 working days, please contact us again.
  • If your documents are larger than 15MB, please use the free file-sharing website WeTransfer to send them.

2. Pay your fee

Once you have submitted your application to register, one of our Registration Officers will contact you with payment details once your application has been processed.

3. Your appointment

Due to COVID 19 we are currently carrying out video appointments via Microsoft Teams. We will send you an invitation, you will need to ensure you have downloaded the Microsoft Teams App ahead of the appointment.

On the day of your video appointment, please have ready for presenting:

  • the originals of all the documents you submitted in your application (as listed above)
  • your passport
