Outcome
The Stage two RVNPIC may give advice to an RVN, or any other appropriate decision, when closing a case, ie when deciding not to refer the case to the RVNDC. The RVNPIC may hold open the case for up to two years if the individual concern, although serious, is not sufficient to amount to serious professional misconduct.
