How can I promote my RCVS accreditation?
Ways to promote your RCVS-accredited status
Once your practice is RCVS-accredited, your accredited status will be highlighted on your practice premises record on our Find a Vet search facility.
RCVS-accredited practice merchandise
One of the best ways to promote your accreditation or award in your premises is by displaying an RCVS-accredited practice plaque, made from acrylic and stainless steel. They have fixings that allow you to mount them on the wall or display them on a shelf. Accreditation plaques cost £80, including VAT and P&P. Award plaques cost £65, including VAT and P&P. Each Award must be ordered as a separate plaque. Window stickers and lapel badges are also available.
Discounts may be available for bulk orders. Please email the PSS team for further information or to place an order.
Digital resources for you to use, free of charge
We’ve created a range of digital resources that are available for you to use free of charge, to promote your achievement to your community, both online and in your practice.
The resources formed a campaign to tell the stories of RCVS-accredited practice staff who are also pet owners. We want animal owners to know their pet is getting veterinary care from practice teams who are committed to promoting the highest standards, delivering the kind of veterinary care they would want for their own pets.
These include:
- Videos. These videos tell the stories of RCVS-accredited practice staff who are also animal owners; we wanted to communicate that accredited practice staff understand what it feels like to have an animal receiving veterinary care. Please feel free to download them and post on your website, social media channels and practice waiting room screen, to promote your RCVS-accreditation in an engaging way.
- Infographics. We’ve created some infographics to communicate key messages to help your community understand what it took for your practice premises to become accredited. Again, please feel free to download and use on your digital channels.
- There are also posters available for you to print and display in your practice waiting room.
