Demistifying the RCVS concerns process

Here we run through the RCVS concerns process, from the first moment someone gets in touch to enquire about raising a concern. Many of these enquiries do not actually fall within our remit, such as those relating to fees or negligence, but all those that do go through the same process, helping us ensure that the veterinary profession is operating to a high standard.
