Reflections on the launch of the RCVS Academy

As the end of the year draws closer, we reflect on the launch of our free digital learning platform, the RCVS Academy.  Since its launch in June 2022, there have been over 4,500 enrolments in our various courses by veterinary professionals.

Courses have been developed with the support of our veterinary professionals through feedback surveys and members of our Academy Panel who kindly pilot our courses before they launch, ensuring that they meet the needs of our veterinary teams.  

The Academy now proudly offers courses in a range of areas including: 

• VetGDP Graduate Induction 
• CPD Record and Reflect 
• Working in the UK 
• Principles of Delegation 
• Clinical Supervisor 
• Ownership 
• VetGDP Adviser   
• Resolving Complaints 
• Accreditation Panel Member 
• VN Pre-registration examination support 

In the new year, we look forward to launching several new courses beginning with the next in our leadership series, Leadership vs Management.
