Saying Goodbye...Letting Go and Learning to Grow

In this MMI Campfire Chat...

Saying goodbye is inevitably challenging, but with this comes the opportunity to learn and grow. The modern world is constantly evolving and as such we are constantly having to learn to adapt.

Loss impacts us all in very different ways but ultimately, we must all learn how to navigate change. Whether that be learning to cope with the loss of a loved one, embracing the challenges of a new job, moving house, navigating the breakdown of a relationship, or letting go of the person you thought you once were.

Join us for this campfire chat, as we discuss the best ways of letting go and learning to grow.
