Details
This session will explore the fundamentals of managing mental health in the workplace and how to recognise the early warning signs of mental health challenges in employees. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
Who this is for
Veterinary professionals who are managers or leaders or aspiring to be managers or leaders.

Session speaker
Rapinder Newton, MMI Lead, Advancement of the Professions
Rapinder Newton joined the RCVS in January 2024 as MMI Lead. She brings with her experience of working with another regulator. Passionate about workplace wellbeing, Rapinder is dedicated to fostering healthy workplace cultures and driving positive organisational change. She champions evidence-led initiatives that support employee welfare, promote inclusivity, develop compassionate leaders and enhance organisational effectiveness.
