Quality improvement

Quality improvement (QI) is the ongoing process of making systems and practices more effective, efficient, and reliable. It involves identifying areas for improvement, testing new approaches, and implementing changes that lead to smoother day-to-day working and better outcomes.

The resources on this page, developed with our charity partner RCVS Knowledge, are designed to strengthen your understanding of QI and help you apply it effectively in practice.
