Leading and managing change

Recent advances in technology, societal shifts, and events such as the coronavirus pandemic have accelerated the pace of change, affecting how and where we work. To remain effective and competitive, organisations must be able to adapt quickly. 

Change can take many forms - it may be planned or reactive, strategic or operational, gradual or transformational. Whatever the approach, successful change always depends on people.
