With the recent publication of the veterinary workforce modelling in December 2024, join us for this series of interactive webinars which revisit the seven ambitions of our Workforce Action Plan published in 2022.

Via its seven ambitions, the Action Plan presents what the College is doing to tackle the issues.

6. An attractive career for everyone, including those who have left

Ambition One

This session will be based around Ambition One: Shape leaders at all levels. In the session our expert panel will discuss how we can create opportunities for everyone to develop leadership skills and foster a culture of leadership that is for everyone, irrespective of their career stage.
