Academy Live: Nursing Progress Log Updates: Your Questions Answered

This session will provide an overview of the upcoming updates to the Nursing Progress Log platform, focusing on what has changed, what remains the same, and what this means in practice for users. It will address common questions already being raised ahead of the launch and clarify how the updates support training, supervision, and progression.
The session will also offer an opportunity to highlight key features and practical considerations to help users feel confident navigating the updated platform.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify the key updates to the Nursing Progress Log and understand their purpose
- Confidently communicate and explain the Nursing Progress Log updates to students and clinical supervisors
Session Speaker:
Shirley Gibbins PgDip BSc(Hons) RVN, RCVS Qualifications Lead
Shirley is a RVN and the Qualifications Lead in the Veterinary Nursing department at the RCVS. She is an experienced Quality Lead having worked in both the higher education and regulatory landscape. Shirley is passionate about quality improvement in healthcare, having achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Leading Quality Improvement with Distinction. She is now undertaking a PhD in Health Sciences with Bangor University, looking to develop advanced nursing in veterinary nursing.
