Biography
Ruth is a veterinary endocrinologist and a Reader at the SRUC. Using experimental models, clinical cases and human data she investigates the relationships between glucocorticoids, obesity and pre-diabetes. She is currently a Wellcome Trust Clinical Career Development Fellow working with a unique porcine model of obesity.
