Tell us about your concern
Before you let us know about your concerns, please ensure you have read what you need to know first. This explains the types of concerns we can deal with, how we go about it, and how we will keep in touch with you.
If you believe we can help you with your concerns, please download the form 'Raising concerns about a colleague who is a veterinary nurse'.
You can either complete this form electronically and email it back to us, or print it out and post it to us.
If you wish to speak to us about your concerns first, please call us on 020 7227 3509. If you wish to discuss your concerns confidentially or anonymously, please call us on 020 3795 5600 or email reporting@rcvs.org.uk. The confidential reporting line and email address are answered by legally trained members of staff (not veterinary surgeons or nurses).
