Once you have updated your password, you can use your email address and password to log into your new MyRCVS account in future.
Accessing other platforms
VetGDP, 1CPD, Stanley, and the RCVS Academy are now all accessed through your MyRCVS account using a single login.
You will find each of these platforms under ‘Quick links’ at the top right of the screen.
The platforms themselves have not changed, only the way you access them.
To access Stanley, you must be assigned as a ‘Practice Standards Scheme (PSS) Lead’ in the system. If you cannot see the link to Stanley, ask your Practice Administrator to assign you to the role.
Updating your personal details
In your MyRCVS account, you can:
- Update your personal details
- View and amend your communication preferences
- Change your employment status
- Add new qualifications
Managing your membership
Your MyRCVS account is where you will manage your registration, make membership payments, and raise disclosures if necessary.
All invoices and payment information are now saved and easily accessible through your MyRCVS account.
Please note: direct debit information set up in your old MyRCVS account will not be carried across to the new system. These payments will need to be set up again. We will be contacting those affected in due course.
Raising a concern about a veterinary professional
As the regulator for veterinary professionals, we have a duty to consider concerns raised about veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses.
You can now raise a concern through your MyRCVS account. The online form is quicker and easier to use than the previous form.
Setting up an account for a non-clinical staff member
Anyone can now set up and use their own MyRCVS Account, although functionality is limited for non-registered individuals
You can create a new account by visiting MyRCVS and selecting ‘Sign up now’.
Non-clinical members of staff can set their contact preferences to receive news and information from the RCVS, book attendance at relevant events for themselves or colleagues, and view and download invoices.
Accessing Stanley, 1CPD, RCVS Academy and VetGDP
Your new MyRCVS account allows you to access Stanley, 1CPD, VetGDP and the RCVS Academy in one place, without the need for additional logins.
Accessing any of these services can be done through the ‘Quick links’ drop down at the top right of your MyRCVS home screen.
Please note: not all members will have access to all of these services. If you believe you should have access but cannot see it, please contact [email protected].
