What is the webinar about?
A free online webinar to support vets and RVNs in their decisions to breach client confidentiality in situations where animal welfare or wider public safety is at risk.
Who is this Academy Live session for?
This Academy Live session is aimed at veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify when it may be appropriate to breach client confidentiality
- Identify the steps to take when considering breaching client confidentiality
- Apply the supporting guidance to relevant situations in the future
Session Speaker
Beth Jinks, Lead for Standards and Advice
Beth has worked at the RCVS for almost 10 years. In her current role she helps to shape the work of the Standards Committee and its subcommittees, and leads the team that provides professional conduct advice to the profession, members of the public, and other stakeholders.
She lives in London with her labradoodle, Miso, and two cats, Miley and Otis.
