Competition and Markets Authority Working Group

The purpose of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Working Group is to suggest and co-ordinate activities in response to the initial findings and future outputs from the CMA. It delegates delivery to other groups – such as relevant committees or staff teams – but oversees completion, co-ordination and communication. It is also briefed on the information requests coming from the CMA. The CMA Working Group reports to Council.
