Co-authored by RCVS VN Futures Lead Jill Macdonald and RCVS Director of Veterinary Nursing Julie Dugmore, the report provides valuable insights into the evolving role of veterinary nurses.

Drawing on the voices of a diverse cross-section of veterinary nurses and student veterinary nurses, it explores how team-based veterinary healthcare can be reimagined to:
