RCVS Academy celebrates fourth anniversary

The Academy creates accessible and flexible digital learning with bite-sized and modular courses. Along with on-demand courses, Academy Live offers sessions where learners can interact with subject matter experts, providing the opportunity to ask questions and partake in discussions. The live sessions complement existing and future Academy courses. Since its launch in 2024, Academy Live has seen continued engagement, delivering 1,267 hours of CPD.  

Jennifer Ayers, Head of Academy (pictured), said: "With over 23,000 learners accessing the Academy since launch, we are delighted to have supported so many of our veterinary professionals. The Academy provides learning that helps our vets and nurses meet the standards and offers support at all career stages. We remain dedicated to developing new and improving existing courses that will continue to respond to feedback and progress the profession."

Courses and Academy Live sessions completed through the Academy will count towards the annual RCVS CPD requirements and are linked to 1CPD, making it simple to input your learning hours.
