The Disciplinary Committee hearing for Dr Marthinus Botes, will take place between Monday 10 and Friday 14 January 2022.

A veterinary nurse has been removed from the Register of Veterinary Nurses by the Disciplinary Committee after being found guilty of charges relating to dishonestly taking prescription only medicine, and on one of these occasions, injecting himself with a prescription only medicine.
