TAS:10 is an accessible, sensitive and safe training session that equips delegates with 10 practical tools and inspires confidence to have a compassionate and potentially life-saving conversations about suicide.

Our two pilot sessions will be delivered by Rose Rowkins, co-creator of TAS:10 and a LivingWorks ASIST (applied suicide intervention skills training) master trainer, from suicide prevention organisation, Start the Conversation Ltd.

In addition to a range of other useful resources, this training has been commissioned to help support veterinary practices in meeting our new RCVS PSS core standard,  requiring all accredited practices to implement a practice-specific suicide prevention plan, assessing potential risks within the practice setting and establishing measures to address and mitigate each identified risk.

The training sessions are £60 per person, have a maximum of 18 participants and will take place from 9.30am to 1pm on the following dates:

This training is certified and can count towards your CPD.
