Let’s Talk Adjustments

The RCVS and Mind Matters Initiative (MMI) launched the Let’s Talk Adjustments campaign to raise awareness of the need for reasonable adjustments, address common myths and misconceptions surrounding them, and highlight the legal obligations of leaders and managers around implementation.

The campaign encouraged open conversations within veterinary teams, helping both individuals and practices build understanding, foster inclusive workplaces, and support everyone to thrive.

Running from February to August 2025, the campaign has now concluded; however, all resources remain available and continue to be relevant for use.
