'Guidance on Religious Clothing and Beliefs' has been developed to support inclusive, consistent and practical approaches across veterinary education and workplaces. It aims to help veterinary professionals, students and employers navigate situations where religious expression and workplace requirements intersect, ensuring that clinical safety, professionalism and inclusion are upheld.

The guidance was produced by the RCVS and the Veterinary Schools Council (VSC) Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Student Support Working Group, in collaboration with staff and students from the Universities of Liverpool and Surrey.
