Dr Victoria Emma King MRCVS
Biography
Vicky graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and has dedicated her career to small animal practice ever since. Over the years, she has gained a wealth of experience working across a diverse range of settings, including large multidisciplinary hospitals, referral centres, and even within the veterinary research sector.
Vicky’s primary passion lies in small animal medicine. In recognition of her commitment to continuous professional development, she achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice in 2017. This qualification further deepened her expertise in clinical care and supported her growing interest in evidence-based approaches to veterinary medicine.
More recently, Vicky has developed a keen interest in veterinary education and professional development. She recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Veterinary Education, with a focus on training and mentoring within clinical environments. She is now actively involved in supporting the learning and growth of colleagues in practice.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys the peace and satisfaction of gardening and caring for her two dogs and cats. She lives in a charming cottage in Wales, where she finds balance between her professional and personal life.
