This 3.5hr online ‘Talking about Suicide: Ten Tools (TAS:10)’ training is offered to all members of the veterinary community in the UK.

Talking about Suicide: 10 Tools (TAS:10) is an accessible, sensitive and safe training session that will equip you with ten practical tools and inspire confidence to have a compassionate and potentially life-saving conversation with someone you are worried about.

This session can support veterinary practices as they work towards training their staff to meet the new RCVS PSS Core standard, which requires all accredited practices to implement a practice-specific suicide prevention plan, assessing potential risks within the practice setting and establishing measures to address and mitigate each identified risk.

Format of the course:

This course will be held live online and requires full participation in group discussions and activities in order to complete the course.
