Professional Qualifications Act 2022
As of October 2022, regulators in the UK, under the Professional Qualifications Act 2022, are required to publish certain information about requirements to practise the profession.

In order to graduate as a veterinary surgeon or nurse in the UK you must hold one of the following qualification types:-
- Veterinary surgeons - Veterinary degree
- Veterinary nurses - Higher Education (HE) qualification or Further Education (FE) qualification
