Consultation on veterinary use of courtesy title ‘Doctor’

We are launching a consultation on proposals to allow all RCVS-registered veterinary surgeons to use the courtesy title ‘Dr’/‘Doctor’, and are seeking the views of all members of the veterinary and veterinary nursing professions, and the general public.

Disciplinary Committee restores Co Louth vet to Register

The RCVS Disciplinary Committee on Friday [14 November 2014] directed that a veterinary surgeon from Dundalk, Co Louth, should be restored to the RCVS Register, having been removed in 2005 for serious professional misconduct.
