Mr Stuart Drummond

RCVS Disciplinary Committee Member, Stuart DrummondStuart was the UK's first Independent Directly Elected Mayor and held the post in Hartlepool for eleven years, winning three elections, until May 2013.

During that time he led Hartlepool Council to be consistently one of the top performing Councils in the country.
