6. What if my employer pays my retention fee?

Your employer can pay your fees by bank transfer.  They will need to email finance@rcvs.org.uk with a list of names and membership numbers for allocation.

They can choose to pay the fees in full or by instalments.

If your employer has chosen to pay your fee by instalments, they can pay 50% of the fee due by 30 April 2021, with a further 25% by 30 September 2021 and the final 25% instalment by 31 December 2021.

If your employer is paying your fee and you have a direct debit set up, please go to RCVS My Account and unlink your Annual Renewal fee from the direct debit.  

We will send reminders about each fee instalment to the email address we have on your record, but it will be your responsibility to ensure the remaining balance is paid.
