Leadership, innovation and culture change focus for three-year strategic plan

We have published our Strategic Plan for 2017 to 2019, which has a focus on developing leadership within the veterinary professions, encouraging innovation, and further extending a learning culture as a counter to the ‘blame’ culture that exists in some parts of the profession.
