There are five officers that make up the team:

Vice-President: Mr Peter Jinman
Vice-President: Mrs Jacqui Molyneux
Treasurer: Dr Bradley Viner
Acting Registrar: Mr Gordon Hockey
President, Vice President and Treasurer:
The recommendation for the appointment of Officers (President, out-going Vice President and Treasurer) is put to Council at the March meeting, where they are agreed. The position of Treasurer is normally a 3 year appointment. On an occasion when the President's term on Council terminates prior to their becoming out-going Vice President, the out-going Vice President remains on the Officer Team for a further year.
Vice President:
Any Council Member is eligible to stand for election as in-coming Vice President. A vote on candidates is taken by Council at the March meeting and the successful candidate must receive more than 50% of the votes cast. Becoming in-coming Vice President is the start of a three-year cycle: in-coming Vice President - President - out-going Vice President, subject to the need for re-election to Council.
Registrar:
Appointed by Council as a permanent member of staff.
