Disciplinary Committee Inquiry to resume in April

A meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:

• Thursday 30 April 2009 at 10am and, if necessary, Friday 1 May at 10am to hear a Resumed Inquiry into MR JOSEPH LENNOX HOLMES BVM&S MRCVS of Waltham Veterinary Clinic, Grimsby Road, Waltham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN37 0PR.

This hearing commenced in October 2006 and was adjourned; it resumed in February 2008 and was adjourned again.

Hearings are in public and subject to limitations of space any person may attend. Anyone intending to attend a hearing is advised to contact the College to confirm the listing times.
